Meet Kripa
The practice found me first
For nearly two decades, I worked in the corporate world across consumer research, marketing and product development. While the work was meaningful, I often found myself struggling with anxiety and feeling disconnected from myself.

How it began
“What began as a personal experience soon became a turning point.”
My search for greater balance led me to a sound healing session. What began as a personal experience soon became a turning point. As I noticed the impact it was having on my own well-being, I felt drawn to learn more and eventually trained in the practice myself.
That curiosity gradually expanded into a deeper exploration of mindfulness, psychology, and Vedantic and Buddhist philosophies. Along the way, I discovered mindfulness practices that helped me relate to my thoughts, emotions and everyday experiences with greater awareness, compassion and ease.
Wanting to deepen my understanding, I completed mindfulness training through Brown University, USA, and became a certified mindfulness facilitator.

In her words
Why Attune exists
Attune grew from the belief that we all need spaces where we can pause, reconnect with ourselves and meet life with greater awareness.
Today, my work is rooted in mindfulness. Depending on the session, I may also incorporate sound using instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls, chimes or tuning forks where they support the practice. The intention is never to create a particular experience, but to help people cultivate greater presence, self-awareness and compassion in everyday life.
