About Attune

An invitation to pause

Attune is a space dedicated to helping people cultivate greater mindfulness, self-awareness and presence.

What Attune is

In a world that often asks us to move faster, do more and stay constantly connected, Attune offers an invitation to pause.

Through mindfulness, Attune creates opportunities to slow down, reconnect with yourself and cultivate greater presence in everyday life.

Ways to practise

How Attune works with people

Sessions run in person in Mumbai and online everywhere. Each takes a different shape, but the intention is the same throughout.

  • Corporate mindfulness programmes

Mindfulness workshops and ongoing programmes for teams and workplaces, run on site or online.

  • Mindfulness workshops

Group workshops exploring mindfulness through guided meditation, reflection and sound.

  • Sound-supported sessions

Sessions using Himalayan singing bowls, chimes and tuning forks to support the practice.

  • Private sessions

One-to-one mindfulness sessions shaped around what you are working with.

  • Retreats

Longer group retreats giving the practice room to settle over days rather than an hour.

Ask about a session

Sound and silence

Sometimes there is sound. Sometimes there is silence.

Mindfulness invites us to observe our thoughts, emotions and experiences with greater awareness and kindness. Depending on the session, the practice may also be supported by sound through instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls, chimes or tuning forks. Both have something to offer.

The intention remains the same: to help you reconnect with yourself and navigate life with greater clarity, presence and compassion—not by changing who you are, but by changing the way you relate to yourself and your experiences.

Whether you’re beginning your mindfulness journey or simply looking for a quiet moment in your day, Attune welcomes you exactly as you are.
